The Project: Domain Transformation

OVERVIEW:

Domain Transformation Box As fresh revelations of the power and pervasiveness of the Biblical Worldview strengthen the foundation of the church and its faith, the newly illuminated principals and axioms will be capable of transforming entire industries, not just individuals. But such transformation requires a complete shattering of our dualistic tendencies. Christ followers with theological insight must coordinate with academic and professional leaders in our marketplace domains, scientific and academic disciplines, and cultural arenas.

The Domain Transformation section of the Project will identify and collect the best materials of these two essential groups. Resources will detail the process for application of Biblical Worldview principles into specific issues, such as social justice, and through specific domains such as government, education, business, arts, and entertainment. Topics will range in scope from the very narrow, such as homelessness in a specific city, to the very broad, such as the retrofit of an entire profession. The Project will analyze how domains are impacted by opposing and divergent worldviews and contrast the current state of a given profession with its objective functionality through the light of Biblical truth. Articles in this section must remain non-partisan and any solutions must target all of humanity, not merely a single ideological group.

In many of these arenas, useful information and resources are sparse at best, so forums will be provided to promote discussion and further research, creating a collective of participants from broadly diverse theological, cultural, and experiential backgrounds. The Project will show that Christians with theological depth can and must readily and effectively dialogue with experts in our various domains. The result will be a relational synergy where its participants will produce solutions with far greater societal benefit than are capable through a domain’s current standards and principles.
